FMG 1600 Bridge cutter, marble and granite version, with useful cutting capacity in square up to mm. 3500 x 3500 complete with:

Electro-welded steel-made bridge with shifting on linear guides and sliding blocks, with recirculation of spheres in oil bath, including bellow protections. The beam, controlled by a motion reduction gear driven by an inverter, is automatically blocked on the sliding ways during the cutting phase.

Carrying disk spindle made of electro-welded steel moving on balls-circle slides working in oil bath, with bellows protections. The spindle is controlled by a motion reduction gear driven by an inverter.

High / low disk spindle unit driven by a screw-nut double system controlled by a motor reduction gear, with motion on linear guides.

Machine system complete with programmable electronic control, with instrument for the automatic lowering of the spindle to cut progressively marble and granite, automatic bridge motion with program of cut sizes, adjustment of spindle stroke by software limit switches.
